How to get a court order?


Hi my mom past away last year and im just getting thru with all the probate stuff i am her excutive of state and i have letters of administration. i went to the tag agency to transfer her title to her car in my name and i brought them her death certificate and letters of administration, but they told me i need a court order to transfer her car in my name, how do i go about that? im only 20 so im kind new to stuff like this please help me!

your best bet maybe to contact a probate lawyer...they may give you the info for free...good luck
