You should check the website for the probate courts in your particular state. They should have a link to "forms" with instructions. These would be for Probate forms for estate adminstration, guardianships, adoptions, testamentary trust administration, or name changes. If, however, you mean forms to help you prepare a Last Will, you really should talk to a lawyer. The money you spend for the lawyer could save your legatees a bundle.

Probate is the legal process of settling the decedent's estate. Probate requirements and practices vary from state to state so I would check the state's website where the decedent resided for probate info.

If you are looking for the form to use for an estate tax return, that is available at www.irs.gov and is form 706.
