Where can I find Probate Forms on line? |
Where can I find Probate Forms on line? You should check the website for the probate courts in your particular state. They should have a link to "forms" with instructions. These would be for Probate forms for estate adminstration, guardianships, adoptions, testamentary trust administration, or name changes. If, however, you mean forms to help you prepare a Last Will, you really should talk to a lawyer. The money you spend for the lawyer could save your legatees a bundle. Google "Probate Forms" Probate is the legal process of settling the decedent's estate. Probate requirements and practices vary from state to state so I would check the state's website where the decedent resided for probate info. |
