Probate Horror Stories?

Does anyone have any "PROBATE HORROR STORIES" that they can share?

Oh Yeah, we had a case where the man had been married 4 times, he never made out a will till he married the last very young beauty,......he gave her everything, but, she made the mistake of signing a prenup, guess what, the other 3 wives got to share his business, home, cars, and all the lute to go with it.....he was part of the Texas King Ranch at one time he was loaded.

she tried to contest it, saying the will was made out after the prenup was signed, and her attorney tried to pull that one off on the wrong judge, she signed the prenup exactly 11 days before their marriage,,

and guess who got to go to Boston and meet with his daughter, she had the original, and dear ole dad gave it to her for safe keeping.

it was funny, when our attorneys presented the document in court, get ready, she stood up and yelled at his daughter,
you sorry low life you never liked me, and the judge was having her removed, when wife #3 let her have in the face but good...it was a free for all for about 10 mins.....

the judge fined everyone for contempt of court.

this was almost the funniest case, we had ever had, the fight alone was worth all the work.
