Probate Horror Stories? |
Does anyone have any "PROBATE HORROR STORIES" that they can share? Oh Yeah, we had a case where the man had been married 4 times, he never made out a will till he married the last very young beauty,......he gave her everything, but, she made the mistake of signing a prenup, guess what, the other 3 wives got to share his business, home, cars, and all the lute to go with it.....he was part of the Texas King Ranch at one time he was loaded. My cousin's father died and a women he was married to for only 3 years got his entire estate. 2 Apartment buildings a nice home and I'm sure a ton of cash. |
