Has anyone been successful in suing a native american casino when hurt in or about the casino?

I was struck by a car in the crosswalk leading to the entrance of a local Native American hotel/casino. The security people at the site allowed the vehicle to leave without getting any information. They left me lying in the street with no protection from further harm and refused to call an ambulance or help for me. A sheriff's deputy arrived on the scene for an urelated call and asissted with blocking traffic and calling the necessary help. I have been hospitalized 5 times since the accident for surgeries and will have been off work for over a year while recovering. The Casino refuses access to the video of the accident or helping me in any way. I have accrued over $100,000 in medical bills and over $90,000 in lost wages because of the sloppy way in which security handled the affair. I have found no legal help because it seems that casinos are on lands exempted from local and state laws, meaning it is the same as suing a foreign nation.

Yes you can sue an Indian casino. There's a woman who's suing the Pechanga casino right now. She hit a jackpot for 1 million dollars on a nickel machine. The tribe wont pay her. They made up this story that the machine was faulty. Maybe you should look up her case and call her attorney.

Yep I think there is nothing you can do.I had a cousin who worked at one of the casino's,and he said drug dealing is a huge business at the casino's,and was told by the sheriff that there is nothing they could do, because it is a sovereign nation,and they abide by their own law inforcement,and laws

Native American hotel/casino's have their own laws, and our law can't overide them
