Wasn't 9/11 directly the fault of the UN?

For putting draconian sanctions on them because Saddam was in office? And isn't the UN using the U.S. military as their personal bulldogs to kill people? And aren't they trying to keep that a secret because they prolly have even WORSE plans to eliminate the poor everywhere in the world?

If the economic sanctions were designed to topple Saddam they were a failure. However, in a 2004 Foreign Affairs journal article,

George A. Lopez and David Cortright ... credit sanctions with: Compelling Iraq to accept inspections and monitoring; winning concessions from Baghdad on political issue such as the border dispute with Kuwait; preventing the rebuilding of Iraqi defenses after the Persian Gulf War; and blocking the import of vital materials and technologies for producing weapons of mass destruction.[7]

Cortright and Lopez argue that "the much-maligned UN-enforced sanctions regime actually ... helped destroy Saddam Hussein's war machine and his capacity to produce weapons."[8] [9] But most research stated that the sanctions also caused the deaths of many, many Iraqi children and others for health-related reasons owing to disease from lack of clean water from banning of chlorine, lack of medicine, impoverishment, and other factors.

Since Saddam had nothing whatsoever with 9.11. No.

They were Saudi terrorists who think America is the "Great Satan" and wanted us out of their holy land and the entire region.

Why blame the UN...it's the US that wanted the sanctions held in place.

Bill Clinton was offered custody of Osama bin Laden by the Sudanese in March of 1996 - he refused, even though bin Laden was responsible for the first attacks at the WTC in 1993.

Now, whose fault was 9/11?

9/11 was directly the fault of al-Qaeda, and more specifically, 19 individuals.
