Details, I reenlisted to PCS to another unit when I had 3 years left, it took the army over a year to cut the orders and begin letting me clear, now the army is saying I have under 2 years left so I cannot PCS. Does this constitute a breech of my contract and void it? Complicated and dicked up I know... It all depends on HOW it is worded in your contract. Best to have a lawyer that specializes in military law take a look and see what can be done. Yes, check with your military lawyers...the military is different as we all know! Forget it. They own you. |
