Details, I reenlisted to PCS to another unit when I had 3 years left, it took the army over a year to cut the orders and begin letting me clear, now the army is saying I have under 2 years left so I cannot PCS. It all depends on HOW it is worded in your contract. Best to have a lawyer that specializes in military law take a look and see what can be done.

Chances are, though, you are SOL. The needs of the military always come first, and usually so stated somewhere in your contract.
