How can the military tribunal try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed for 911 crimes when the FBI has no proof.? |
Osama bin Laden was supposed to be the ring leader and boss of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. From Osama's directives in a cave in Afghanistan his followers were supposed to carry out these crimes. Yet Osama's wanted poster from the FBI says nothing of this and the FBI has stated they have no proof. The capitalists need a patsy. The purpose of a trial is to determine whether or not the evidence proves the allegation. A trial exists to see if there is proof. One must first know the accusation and then one examines the evidence. It is difficult to determine that there is or is not sufficient evidence before the evidence is presented.
