Us salvia legal to use for those under the ucmj? and is it legal in virginia?

just wondering if military members are allowed to use salvia in legalized states (most). Basically will it cause a fail on a piss test. and i heard that work was being done in virginia to ban it? has that gone through?

Regardless of its legality, it isn't tested for on standard drug tests. As it's generally legal in the US and isn't widely known about or abused there isn't any demand for testing.
