Filling a court order against the military entrance processing station help please? |
so today i went to what is known as MEPS to try and enter but as i went there i found myself to be harassed by the workers there, and even discriminated against, i felt completely ripped of all of my priveleges as being a citizen of the united states of america i have to many reasons and examples of what happened on my day at the MEPS and i am seeking the advice of a lawyer so i came on here to see if anyone could help me out in finding one for this situation it would be greatly admired if anyone could help me out, thanks http://usmilitary.about.com/od/joiningth... If you are seriously going to whine about this, then perhaps you should re-consider joining the military. I would hate to hear you whine about how the Drill Sergeants "harrassed and discriminated" against you in basic training. Save yourself some taxes dollar and forget about it. THe military clearly dont want you for some legitment reason forget about it, just go home, and mommy will wipe your nose for you, try it again next year when you grow up and mature some more. They treat everyone like crap. This is just a little taste of what boot camp will be like. If you can't handle MEPS don't join. Save your money. When you presented yourself to MEPS, you put yourself on an examination table. There, you were poked, prodded, pushed, and jerked around. To the MEPS inspectors, you were new raw meat. You were the test vehicle coming into their lab to be inspected and tested for structural strength, motivation, versitility, drive, and many other essential needs of the governments. Apparently you were not prepared for the invasive intensity of the examination. Part of the "harassment", is to weed out slackers. Were you one of "those"? The military needs troops that are willing and able to follow orders. Were you able to comply with the directions you were expected to observe? Once accepted into the military, "YOU NO LONGER ARE ENTITLED TO PRIVELEGES". Yes, you are still a citizen, "but", you have offered yourself to the practices, and laws of the military world. Simple acts that would have just gotten a shrug from your peers on the outside (civilian world), can now put you behind bars (the "stockade" or the "Brig"). Failure to practice common military courtesy, (showing respect) for superior ranking personel, both enlisted and officers, can prevent you from promotion and pay increases. The harassment you alluded to, is standard "military process". Unless, you were physically molested during your exam period, no Lawyer, will even consider taking on a "case" that you threaten. Apparently, you are not suited to military life, not everyone can hack the pressures of being in the military, but those who can, develop into stronger individuals, that once taught how to deal with the demands of the military life, can go out into the world, and conduct themselves with honor, and dignity. In that you have taken acception to what you found yourself being subjected to, and was not able to "deal" with the adversities thrown at you, what future do you think you'll be able to have, after having to live a life where you never have to be "tested" for your strengths, weaknesses, and valor? The military can take an ignorant uneducated teen, and teach them to be proud of themselves, their country, and their purpose in life. I don't believe you will ever understand the value of what I've just shared with you. I am a veteran of the military. I was taught to protect my country, protect my military outfit, and to protect myself from dangers that threaten to take our "priveleges" away from us. Those few "preveleges" that you felt were ..."completely ripped..." from you as a citizen, are provided protection by the sacrifices of military members that allow themselves to "deal" with the rigors of the MEPS evaluation/testing. I've offered myself to such evaluatons, I endured the "indignity" of invasive testing, and I emerged as a confident, able military man, who was able to do as directed, was able to direct others, and was able to teach those like you who had no self worth. Those who "copped out" and made no effort to "pass" the exams required to enter the military, were those who eventually went back to civilian life, and ended up living off the government welfare programs, because they were unable to get out, earn a decent living, and make something worthwhiled of themselves. Is that where you are going? From the sound of your attitude, I guess you'll end up expecting the world to provide for you. If you do achieve what you want in life, thank a veteran and an active duty military member for making it possible for you to "have your life" without taking responsibility for what makes your life possible. |
