Confidential release of medical records to the US military?

okay so i'm joining the navy next week and i know that i will probably end up signing a waiver for the navy to grant access to my medical records and i wanna make that as limited as humanly possible if not imposible for them to do if they end up having to do so for any reason durring my physical so if you can help me out in any way that would be great thank you very much.

I hate to say it but I don't think there is any hiding your records. They aren't as fussy as they used to be.
