What countries will not extradite you for going AWOL?

No, i'm not in the military, i was just wondering because i heard that Canada will now extradite, and i was wondering what places were left?

the Canada thing is from draft dodgers in the sixties, the US isn't actually going to seek out AWOL personnel that have abandoned their country as well as their post.
