Trying to collect child support......? |
how do I collect child support when I'm in another country? my husband is in the military and we just moved to japan......the child support agancy that I originally petitioned says now that I'm out of the state they have nothing to do with it....military lawyers are no help becuase I'm not military....and the state the fathers in is just waiting ..... how can I keep things moving before this slime ball crawls back under his rock for another two years and he can't be found again? PLEASE HELP check websites,there should be groups that deal with this. I know one has nothing to do with the other,but let me ask you something. Did you file a motion to leave state and did the court approve it? You may be surprised by legal action against you. Try this website. Is there a current support order issued by the court already in place or are you attempting to have one issued? |
