I need your help. My wife left me two years ago and took my son with her. I have tried everything to find her. |
My wife just up and left two years ago and took our son with her. She moved to a military base (although she's not in the military, just dating someone who is). I miss my son so much. I want to find him to get custody but I have tried to locate them but no luck. He was 3 when he left, now 5 years old. He'll be starting kindergarten soon. I've tried everything but since she's on a base, I think thats why Im having no luck. Any imput would help! Thanks. My friend posted this. He is in desperate need of any help or suggestions you may have. thanks Get in touch with one of the military pastors as well as their family service agency. They are required to know the name / age etc of everyone living on the base. are you a man using another woman's avatar? your wife?????? ask the military have u tried a bounty hunter try thrpugh the socoal security office. Also maybe hire a detective. It should not be too hard since you have all her information. Social Security number maiden name etc... Depending on the state, it might be a joint custody state. She may only have half rights to the child unless you signed them away. private dect? You need a lawyer. you might want to hire some one to find her it is illegal what she unless a court said you were an unfit parent and gave her custody. You'd better change your avatar before asking that. tell your friend that im sorry for him Talk to a lawyer asap aren't you a girl??? Well, you should have hired a lawyer at the very beginning, gone to court and addressed these issues. I can't believe that you've let two years go by without doing so. Call a lawyer! If you can't afford one call Legal Aid! Hire a private investigator. if you can show your true identity here.... you will never get through to overcome this predicament. You are cheating. if she up and split she musta had a pretty good reason and if shes on a military base your outta luck getting your hands on him,,they protect their own ,,,are you paying child support? if so the atty gen has her address consult a lawyer that specializes in family law; I would first try the people finder services available on the web. If all else fails, enlist the help of a private investigator. These folks have access to records (by their license) that the general public cannot see. If your ex is using any kind of credit, she can be located. If your son will be starting kindergarten soon, she must use a birth certificate( or American equivilant) to enroll him. He will have to use his full name as you can't change info on birth certificate. Check schools in areas you think he might be. A Private Investigator might be your best choice. Good luck. Being that he's your kid also I believe that is illegal. I would go to the police about it. They should be able to find her and drag her to court where you'll then be able to fight for custody. I believe what she did is considered kidnapping. I'd contact the authorities. Maybe once he starts Kindergarten and is entered into a school, trying to find him might become easier. If you have a general idea of where she might have taken him - contacting each school district in that area may start the ball rolling. If you know his SS# that would also help, especially if she files taxes and claims him as a dependent, but that would take legal representation most likely to obtain that type of information. I'm sorry to hear about your difficult situation. I;m sure that you have done the best that you can, but you probably should have acted more quickly. sry to here that but check this go to child service ask for a blood test (u no the kid is urs but) this the fastest way ok bro. any way get blood test and they will seek her out over the national data bass. they will check med , school , socail number all info they WILL FIND HER. IT THAT SIMPLE AND I NO IT MaY HURTS BUT IF YOU LOVE YA SEED THEN DO it i done it trust me it works perfect you got the main clue the army base that is even easier for the to get a blood sample and they have to do it "EVEN THE GOVERNMENT" Find a local skip-tracer....a good attorney can refer you to some....If you can supply her social security number and she is working it'll be a slam dunk.....or supply a private detective with her attorney's name and he should be able to con the information out of her parents, sister etc.......or.........if you know the name of the guy she's with, go through military channels to find out where he is stationed and then serve her with papers. my brothers wife did that and i finally found his kids 6 months after he died and she was gone for 10 years my brother never saw his kids again. But anyway USA search they will find anybody |
