Is it illegal to distribute pictures of a man having gay sex?

So there is this guy I know....And my friends and I (we are 14) came across some pictures of him performing oral sex on a man.........and also various other gay sex acts. We are going to make a website with these pictures......and then send the website link to all of his friends........Could he bring this to the police? And would they even care? If it is somehow traced to us are we committing a crime? If we just put up the pictures and no words, aren't we technically not slandering him and just saying the truth? Is it a crime to "out" someone.......Also, isn't oral sex on a man considered sodomy. Also, if we sent these pictures to the military could we get him kicked out? It is obvious that it is him and he is in the military!!!! Would it violate the "don't ask don't tell" Like wouldn't that be proof he is gay??? Please give advice!!! He has molested seveal of my friends and we want to nail him and give him payback!!

I'm going to answer the only question I'm sure of. If a service member's chain of command were to obtain pictures of the SM involved in homosexual acts, (sodomy with a guy would be considered such), then he would be separated. After reading this, I am wondering if you are actually 14.

Nope, it's not illegal to post them up, but sending them to other people might be a form of harassment.

The real issue here is HOW you found the pictures. Did you steal them from his computer, or did he send them to you? This is the biggest factor.
