Why has Nancy Pelosi not been charged with the same crime as "Duke" Cunningham ? Why is she exempt ?

Nancy Pelosi's husband was given military contracts, because she was giving his company information on competitor's bids.

Duke Cunningham accepted at least 2.4 million dollars in bribes. He also pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to commit bribery, mail fraud, wire fraud, and tax evasion.

Nancy Pelosi's husband was awarded a contract with congressional oversight; there is zero evidence of any foul play. I'm sure you know that as long as Mrs. Pelosi recused herself from the recommendation for bidding (which she did), she stands not even to be censured for conflict of interest.

It's not illegal for her husband to be awarded a contract. If you need a precedent, look at the entire history of government contracts.

If Halliburton was not a crime, then this is certainly not. I appreciate your effort in trying to make the Republican party a little more formidable, but it's a swing and a miss.
