Who wants their Habeous Corpus back?


U.S. citizens lost their Habeous Corpus with the Military Commisions Act of 2006.

I do! It's one of the fundamental rights that makes the government respect all of your other rights.

I wasn't using mine, anyway.

But, it probably would be nice to have if I get sent to Guantanamo Bay for trying to get too big of a shampoo bottle onto an airplane.
