Medical malpractice lawyer?? |
if i want to be a medical malpractice lawyer, do i need to major in the medical field or in the law field? i know some of you will say both but could you tell me if i need to go to law school or medical school first. Law. Medical malpractice consists of personal injury lawyers using doctors as expert witnesses to prove their case. You do not have to be an MD to do MED MAL. You have to be a lawyer. Take lots of science as an undergrad, and math as well. Philosophy won't hurt either. Then go to Law School. Read about Medical Malpractice and then hire on to a firm to get the experience. |
