I am looking for the fee schedule for a Special Administrator assigned in a medical malpractice case in Nevada |
I have been appointed as Special Administrator of my deceased brother medical malpractice case in Clark County Nevada, Las Vegas and heard that there is a fee that is paid to the person that has this appointment. I was also told that the fee was based on the amount of the settlement. I was looking for the fee break down and any information that I can get regarding my appointment. You need to pose this question to the lawyer that is handling your brother's case. |
