Do lawyers get to sit in during mediation between 2 parents? Yes, I've never been excluded. If the parents are represented by counsel, the attorneys must be at the mediation to review any agreements reached and to make sure all the issues are addressed. That's up to the patents, or to the judge if it is court ordered mediation. |
