How do I modify mediation orders in Texas due to changes after mediation? |
I have to file something today please help if you can? Mediation orders are those orders you agreed to, and cannot be modified except by further agreeement. If you want to change the agreement and it has already been approved by the court, you need to file a petition to modify an existing agreement. If the court has not yet signed off on the agreement, you need to go back to the mediator. |
