What to do in an EEOC mediation? |
I filed a complaint against a former employer. It is a restaurant. I am not sure what to ask for as far as compensation. I do not want my job back. I was terminated for reasons I strongly deny. I complained about the treatment received at one location and was transferred several times. I feel that my supervisor was threatned by me, due to the fact that I knew there were dishonest practices going on at all the locations I was transferred to. I feel I was discriminated against due to my, sex, race and religion. What should I do and ask for during the mediation? Provide Proof. $1 |
