Civil court matter in west aust, we have a mediation date set, what is the best way to deal with it.? |
I want to put to them that they believe we owe them money $1500 and I believe they owe us money in the amount of $3500 whats the best way to sort it out without it going to court and hr trying to claim costs, we cannot as we dont have a lawyer they do. You don't necessarily need a lawyer (although it would help) but you do need to KEEP YOUR COOL during the mediation. Court Mediation Program for Claims |
