My judge is bias: and their attorney wants mediation? |
If somebody files a motion for a Judge to recuse himself from a hearing which he is alledgedly presiding without jurisdiction, can he still sign orders and such,....or must he wait until that motion is heard to proceed? Example, equipment dispute, guy says he owns it, i show the title and paperwork and ucc listings, judge issues a restraining order on me. And to further the bias, I found out that the judge knew the guy must have perjured himself, because he heard a repossession lawuit just 2 days prior to hearing the injunction hearing between me and my lender which I paid off. He's a naughty Judge, must he stop all actions while I call him out on his impartiality and bias? You can possibly speak to an attorney which the Court's provide for free because if you do not file the proper paperwork, in the proper manner, the Court may not hear proceed until you have filed properly. I believe a recusal of a judge is immediate. It's an easy process which is not complicated and should prevent him from making any judgements re: your hearing. I would advise to speak to an attorney regarding filing a recusal. The court may provide one for free. |
