Other than legal malpractice what else can you sue a lawyer for after he commeted malpractic? |
if a lawyer already commeted malpractice and has ins.can you sue him on any seperate suits other than just the original malpractice suit You going to have to talk to a lawyer on this one. Bring with you a list of all the damage the other lawyer did to you (i.e. stole your money, ruined your reputation, mismanaged funds, poorly prepared your case, etc.). With this list the new lawyer should be able to tell you what your options are. Good luck. no |
