I am suing an attorney for malpractice. Can someone tell me where I can find an attorney that will sue one? |
I have been told to look under legal malpractice attorney's but I only get attorney's who sue other professions. yea they pretty tight good luck. Your state bar association has a legal referral service. you can find them in the phone book. Yeah, good luck with that. My wife's grandparents had a slam dunk against an unethical lawyer who cost them >$100K, but couldn't find anyone who was willing to sue a fellow lawyer. Few attorneys will sue other attorneys for malpractice -- many because they don't want the hassle, and the rest because it is often very difficult to prove legal malpractice -- since you have to prove what would have happened differently if there had not been malpractice. Are you suing, or you "want" to sue an attorney? contact the ABA (American Bar Association) or the local chapter for your area. They should know the attorneys that might help you. If not, you might have to look outside your county. |
