Can You Refer Me to a Los Angeles PL Legal Mal Attorney for a Default Prove Up ASAP? |
I am a Pro Per PL on a Legal Malpractice. I need to prepare the Default Prove-Up ASAP. The default has already been entered against the attorney/defendant. Call your city, county or state bar association first thing in the morning. Ask for their lawyer referral service. I don't live in California, so I can't give you a name. The best way to find a good lawyer is to ask everyone you know for recommendations. You can start doing that now. The best lawyers do not advertise. They depend on referrals. Joel Pores is a top-notch legal malpractice attorney. Here is the link to his web-site. http://publish.pdesigner.com/pores/ I'm a lawyer with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County. If the defendant is already in default, you may be able to submit your own prove up package with some guidance. I'd be happy to talk to you about it. Adam Fullman (Fullman O'Grady, Attorneys). |
