Where can i find a website that list malpractice cases! real cases!! ASAP!?


actual legal cases involving malpratice, negligence,assault and battery, invasion of prvacy, false imprisonment, and defmation.

The National Practitioner's Data Bank lists malpractice suits.

Other than that, I would suggest findlaw.com as a great free site to find information on Malpractice cases. Also, justlawlinks has a great list of med mal links at:

If you are looking for caselaw on the subjects you can use a website such as Westlaw or Fastcase. Both are pay sites however. If you are looking for a case on a particular person, and don't really care about the facts and you know what location you can always check and see if the local court has a website.
