Will i successfully suing the landlord if i sue him for not maintain utilities with electricity? |
will i be successfully suing the landlord if i sue him for not maintain utilities with electricity like refrigerator, air conditionar and so on? You are either asking if he is suppose to maintain these appliances with electricity or maintain the appliances themselves and keep them in working order. Only if the maintance is including with your rental agreement. Some add that it is your responsiblity, some say it is theirs and you are responsible for notifying them of any problems and allowing access to maintance crews so that they can be checked. |
