My landlord ripped me off? |
Without getting into detail my landlord is ripping me off $475 dollars out of a $775 deposit, what I want to know is is there anything I can do? I am in Iowa and if I can't does anyone have any good ways I can get this person where it hurts? Short of painting a billboard with SLUMLORD RIPOFF ARTIST and her phone # and address....any suggestions? You said "without getting into detail", yet are looking for a case specific answer. First, I would definitely suggest adding some more details to help you get better answers. Tell her that you wont pay unless she give you back your money. Try to make an egreement like she only has to pay half. Sorry, but you probably wont get any more than that! bill board is to much and they would probly sue you..go with the thing the first chick said |
