Should I move out? The rental scene is very tight...nowhere to move to but I have been harassed by landlord &

Other tenants. Eg one left me nasty note b4 flying OS. I lost my keys and the landlord used that to blackmail me for 3 weeks to backpay the increase. It was ilegal though. I just started a good job but am have no where to live. I am living with tourists who blame me for everything..the landlord gave me a fake notice to evict..it was invalid and he didnt even lodge it. I avoid the house at all ours to avoid them. My choices are to move to a backpackers 10 minutes from work, commute an hour away as work is opposite the train station. I feel like a wreck. I want to take him to court. I thought my things would be thrown out and the tourists seem to hate me..Actually Australia is very multicultural and they are very unexposed in their own countries and then slag me off for their inadequecies. It seems dumb to move out with no where to go but 3 weeks of my room unlocked and then a fake eviction where I had no front door key took its toll. It seems no one wants me. Do I move? Help!

I am with you. I have felt harassed by my apartment manager since the day I moved in. We've been harassed ever since. I think she has something against me. She's overcharged us and then sent 10-day notices for not paying when in fact we already did. I'm tempted to move out, but we are moving out of state in one and a half months. I'm trying to avoid all the excess work of moving twice.
If you can find another place to move to, I'd look into it. But, if you have no other options, do your best to deal with it for as long as it takes to find a way out. That's what I'm doing.

no, call the house payment fairy and have her help u. lol, yes move out
