What to do if a landlord has falsified a eviction notice and has entered the home without the tenant present? |
Landlord has asked tenant to leave and they have come to a verbal agreement that the tenant will be moving out, and landlord has gone to the extent of issuing the tenant a false eviction notice, and has already gone through the house to the tenant knowledge and landlord has threatened to discard all of the tenants belongings. there was no lease agreement, and yes the landlord has entered the home, on top of all this the landlord has gone to my boss and told him of the situation and as of monday 3/31/2008 i was forced to resign my position as a volunteer firefighter. go to the police station and file a report. or call a lawyer Evictions are done by a court, not by the landlord. Nope, thanks for the extra information, but it still doesn't make enough sense to answer accurately. Anyone else? |
