In the state of Florida what is the labor law or how many hours you have to have in between shifts? |
I am working until 6a-2pm today and back at midnight to 6a. Is there an 8 hour law in between shifts or a 12 hr law in between shifts or any website I can look at? I haven't been able to find one clearly listing FL labor laws In the state of Florida you can work up to 16 hours straight but not over 18. Between shifts at least 8 hours to be scheduled to work. But not if your are working overtime. |
