Need some help with Labor Laws in Missouri? |
First of all I need to know what the law is for Missouri regarding lunches and breaks. Missouri doesn't have laws that work for you or against you when it comes to lunches. You nor the employer are required for you to have a lunch or breaks, it is up to the company (there are autonomous). Report it to the Labor and Indusrial Relations Commission. |
