Need some help with Labor Laws in Missouri?

First of all I need to know what the law is for Missouri regarding lunches and breaks.
Reason is the company I work for deducts 1/2 hour of pay daily regardless of if you get a lunch or not.
Secondly how does OSHA work?
Reason is there was a pretty serious accident and an employee is going to be injured for LIFE and no one has bothered to investigate the incident and I feel she is going to be helped.

I appreciate any and all the help I can get, I know I must sound like a whinner but I just think some of the things that go on in this place are fair! Thanks Again!

Missouri doesn't have laws that work for you or against you when it comes to lunches. You nor the employer are required for you to have a lunch or breaks, it is up to the company (there are autonomous).

As for OSHA, if she got hurt then she needs to put down that it was caused at work and then if she puts that it was an OSHA violation I am pretty sure that the Dr. has to report it or anyone can call them and report something!

Here is OSHA info for MO!
