Required Time For Posting A Work Schedule In Ohio?

I was wondering, is there a labor law in Ohio that requires an employeer to post a work schedule a certain amount of hours before the schedule would start?

I have heard that employeers are required to give an employee 48 hours notice if the employee is not on call, but that may not be the case.

I don't think there is a law saying they need to notify you in advance, but if you got fired because they did that and you failed to show then I would bring it up with the labor board. There is probably a Department of Labor office near you, they may be able to help you.
