Required Time For Posting A Work Schedule In Ohio? |
I was wondering, is there a labor law in Ohio that requires an employeer to post a work schedule a certain amount of hours before the schedule would start? I don't think there is a law saying they need to notify you in advance, but if you got fired because they did that and you failed to show then I would bring it up with the labor board. There is probably a Department of Labor office near you, they may be able to help you. |
