What to do help please?

i was suspended from work i have union and a labor contract
so acording to the contract in a dispute there should be an arbitration but the union decided not to help me with the arbotration and when i call them they ignore me they wont return my fhone calls. is there a place to make them respect the contract because they are ignoring it thank you

I don't know what company you work for , but I would goggle the union and find their web site for the right thing to do.the union is suppose to work for you.you pay them dues.

Well, they are going to make a decision as to how to proceed with arbitration based on the facts. They won't defend you blindly, there needs to be merit to negotiating better terms for you. I assume the contract doesn't read that regardless of the facts you have a right to arbitration.

Welcome to the union buddy. Unions had there place back in the day, but not in todays world. Good luck.

It might have something to do with why you got suspended or if you have been in past trouble at this place of employment.

That is the hard truth of being union. They can literally make or break you.
