Where in the Fair Labor Standards Act can I find the section dealing with breaks?

My understanding is that if you work 4 hours you get a 30 min. lunch break. If you work 6 hours you get an hour lunch break and one 15 min. break. If you work 8 hours (all per day) you get an hour lunch and 2 15 min. "on the clock" breaks. Can anybody confirm or deny this. Thanks.

federal rule is 30 minute lunch break at 5 hours or before,

These rules are on the poster in your breakroom that spells out minimum wage AND asuch
