Thoughts, opinions or experience with filing a complaint with the Dept of Labor against employer..appreciated? My best advice would be to be cautious in doing so. Unless you have a very valid complaint (and not something that's merely a technicality), you may get little to no help from the DOL, and this kind of thing has a way of getting around, thus making it very difficult for you to find a job in the future. What employer would hire you if he/she thought you would turn them in for some minor violation? |
