How can you report your company for not paying employees correctly?

My company has withheld bonuses from employees and did not pay properly for things like vacation and maternity time. Please let me know who I can report this information to? Bureau of Labor - does anyone have a link to the direct page?

Assuming you are in the US:
1 - Payment of a Bonus is not required.
2 - Do you mean they did not get paid for their paid vacation? (note granting vacation time and paying for it is not a requirement)
3 - Also FMLA does not require maternity time be paid for, only the time off be accommodated
