I am getting harassed every single day my management at my job. What should I do????

They call me in stupid meetings every day, they accused me of doing things that I did not do, when I prove them wrong, now they are trying to set me up. There is nothing in writing against me (I ask to see my file last week) but they say to others that I will get fired. I still don't why. I do my job, I work more anyone else in the office, I do my supervisor's work, things that were 3 years behind, I manage to put them updated (I was not hired to do it, I was supposed to help, now I end up doing it full time on the same salary, I never complain). Some other coworkers hate me for no reason; they feel like an outsider and I should not be paid more than them. In case I get fired based on false ground, is this enough to go to department of labor? Is this enough substance to go file a report? Should I get myself a lawyer?

I mean I get harassed by management

Start documenting proof that you are being falsely accused. This will be difficult because if you steal or copy certain things they will not be admissible in court. Your on shaky ground being the employee. A counsiltation with an attorney is the best advice. They can properly direct you so you dont fall into legal trouble with your employer. Don't say a word to anybody at work about the attorney should you decide.

they are treating u like an idiot, talking about you and discriminating against you. I would take it higher above them and tell them whats going on

put it all in wirtting and keep a diary of what you do, if its possible when u do work put your name on it, if not dont, but like a said make a diary and put it all in writting and say whats going on

you shouldnt be doing full time on a part time salary, they are going against your employment rights

take it over their heads if still nothing get a lawyer

they cant fire you for this

you are rocking the boat - they were getting paid for being 3 years behind in their work.

what would YOU expect in such a situation?
