Florida labor laws for resturants?


I work in a resturant in florida. does anyone knew of any laws regarding breaks? they do not allow us any if we are work a single shift which can be up to 8 hours. we can only eat if work a double shift which you must stand while eating in the dry storage part of the kitchen! im getting sick of being treated like a dog!
