Can i lift the labor ban if i will pay to the labor department?

i am less than 1 year in the company and i want to transfer for some reasons. company will not give noc.

Upon cancellation of visa, there will be automatic 06 month ban and in case of non completion of 1 year with first employer it will be 1year (second part is not 100% confirm). You can cancel ban by paying 5000 govt fee but still NOC is required for new visa if 1year isn't completed.

Ban cancelation paid but still no NOC will have problem for the issuance of new employement visa. Best is that your new employer obtain short work visa or visit for 6 month than permanent (NOTE: working on visit status is banned in UAE). Report It
