What's the California Labor Code for training pay?

I'm looking for the CA Code that specifies employers are required to pay for training.

There are recent FLSA opinion letters that support the position that California employers are required to track hours non-exempt employees spend in training, and pay for the time under normal wage practices:

In 2005, California mandated sexual harassment law training, for supervisors, although such personnel would normally be considered exempt (salaried): "MANDATORY ANTI-HARASSMENT TRAINING FOR SUPERVISORS
California Government Code Sec. 12950.1, enacted last year as AB 1825, requires employers with 50 or more workers to provide a minimum of two hours of anti-harassment training and education to all supervisors by Jan. 1, 2006." : http://www.reish.com/publications/articl...

Unpaid internships may be illegal, if interns do anything that benefits an employer in the running of their business: http://www.dol.gov/dol/allcfr/ESA/Title_...

But there are also situations where an employer may require job training, and not be obligated to pay employees for time spent in training:

Federal Department of Labor on job related training not requiring pay: http://www.dol.gov/dol/allcfr/ESA/Title_...

Job training required as a condition of employment need not be paid under FLSA (see "Job Training Need Not Be Paid"): http://www.cbdm.com/newsletters/VolXXI1....
