By california labor law, does a employer have to provide staff with a working refrigerator? no way. i lived and worked in cali for 12yrs. this would be a perk not a matter of legality. NO...all I can say. Is no they have to provide a snack area...but no ref or microwave. no... when i worked out in the field where would the refridgerator go?? Do truck drivers get fridges? No... not all work environments are conducive to refrigerator's My God, things in the work place have really changed since I started working. No. |
