Is this malpractice?

I was 17 years old when i started having alot of stomach issues. I was in the ER at least once a week doubled over in a fetal position and puking up stomach acid. This went on for a little over a year and they would just pump me full of drugs and send me home. Well then a few months after my 18th birthday, i became pregnant and everything stopped. When i was 5 and a half months pregnant i ended up in the fetal position again and was rushed to the hospital with appendicitis. They removed my appendix and had me on a hourly demerol IV thingy and then 4 days later i went into labor. They broke my water and everything. They didnt give me anything to stop it. Then when i told the nurse that i felt something and she said it was nothing. then there my son lay between my legs. no doctor in the room or anything. They didnt even make an effort to stop my labor or save my son. Could i sue this hospital?

Yes. This is blatant malpractice. I am so sorry for your inhumane treatment. I had a similar situation but thankfully my girl live, no thanks to the doctor who tried to murder us both. Sun the bastards, doctor and hospital.
