India child labor laws?? |
ok im writing a summary of an article about children as young as 10 in india making clothes for the gap. i was wondering...here in the us we have labor laws that kids cant work untill there 16. but what about in india? do they have any child labor laws? if so, what are they? Yes, they do have child labor laws, but since parts of India are very rural, they are hard to enforce. |
