Labor Laws.?

OK! Does anyone know about Wisconsin Labor laws? I want to skip my lunch at work-- and get paid for working thru it. But my boss thinks that's against the law. I think there's gotta be more to it than that. Like a loop hole or something?? :) Anyone care to explain?

Employers are not required to provide meal periods to adult employees, but it is recommended in the law that employers provide 30 minutes or more for a meal period. However, employers must provide meal periods to all employees under age 18.
