What happens to a nonresident worker who violates US labor law? |
If a nonresident worker in a management position is found to be in violation of labor law by the EEOC or NLRB would their visa be revoked? they become the Governor of California I think they will be deported Probably then they get deported and come right back over the border. So don't worry it is not all that bad. Nothing, without them all the hard physical work would not get done. Don't sweat it. Yes |
