Were is the best place to find AZ employee labor laws?

I walked off my job yesterday but i still have 40 plus hours of vaca.can i just fax a letter to my boss that am taking the next 40 hrs as vacv. and than Oct 1 will be my last day of working for them? Iam not real sure about AZ labor laws
