How do you compare a CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) of a Company to the Labor code of the Philippines? |
I need to compare the CBA of one company to the provisions written in the Philippine labor code to find out if the CBA of this company is complying on the provisions given in the labor code. Any help? thanks!! Step by step by step. |
