Is this Ture or not about CA state Law 203.1 labor law? |
I have been nice to this company twice as they have bonced my checks. this is the 3rd one. I was told that under CA state Labor law 203.1 that this company has to pay my daily wage form the date the the paycheck went into my account with insufficient funds as a penalty and also pay give me a new paycheck as well is this right? It is true, and the state labor board can help you get your money from your employer. Why dont you just look it up. You are at a computer terminal connected to the internet, arent you? Yes that is correct, I suggest you take them to court. I think you need to go to the department of labor. They should at least have to pay for bank fees as well as what they owe you. But I don't know anything about CA law. I wouldn't accept a check from the again only cold hard cash. And my question is why have you not presented the checks to the district attorney for processing on theft by false instrument charges? |
